Is it okay if it's my first time trying shisha?
Of course! Our staff will guide you through everything, from how to smoke to choosing your flavor. We also have nicotine-free options.
Shisha — what should I even order?
If you're unsure, just leave it to us. Our staff suggest a recommended mix based on your taste and mood. Choose from carefully sourced flavors, with plenty of nicotine-free options.
I'm not great with tobacco — is that okay?
Yes. We offer a wide range of zero-nicotine flavors. You can fully enjoy the aroma and smoke without taking in any nicotine, so it's comfortable even if tobacco isn't for you.
Can I visit without ordering shisha?
Yes, you're welcome to use us as a cafe only. We have matcha lattes, dango, and more on our cafe menu.
Can I make a reservation?
For reservations up to the day before, please use LINE. For same-day reservations, please call us.
Can I pay with cash?
We are a cashless-only establishment. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring in outside food or drinks?
Outside food is allowed. However, please refrain from bringing items with strong odors that may overpower the shisha fragrance.
Can I smoke cigarettes inside?
Traditional cigarettes are allowed at counter seats only. E-cigarettes are permitted at all seats.
Can people under 20 enter?
We sincerely apologize, but entry for those under 20 years of age is strictly prohibited. We check the ID of all guests, so please bring a photo ID.
Is WiFi available?
All locations are equipped with Wi-Fi. It can be used for video streaming and remote work.
